STAGERIGHT NEWCASTLE ACTORS & FILM CLUB is now in its 4th year and continues to go from strength to strength. Many of its members are now accredited SPOTLIGHT members having appeared in TV Drama's, Commercials, Music videos and Feature films.
About us
So here we are, the all new STAGE RIGHT ACTING CLUB for adults. You must be over 16 to join our club and have a real passion and desire for acting; either on stage or on screen.
Our aim is to provide a fun and regular meeting for anyone and everyone interested in stage or film performances. A place where we can all share ideas, experiences and contacts so that we all get the very best help in achieving our ambitions.
Our members have appeared in; BBC 'Bring the Drama', ITV's 'The Bay'. Sam Fender music Video 'Remember my Name', ITV's 'I fought the Law', CBBC's 'Lady Grace Mysteries', C4's 'Night & Day', & a whole host of TV and Stage Productions.
Some of our supporters include TV & Film directors, Casting directors, TV Celebrities, as well as production assistants and agents who are looking for new actors to represent.
Please note that we are not an accredited training establishment nor do we offer formal training. We are a club for likeminded people offering a weekly meeting venue to share knowledge and experiences.
Beyond the Badge
STAGERIGHT NEWCASTLE FILM CLUB creates exciting productions & work is almost done on their second production Beyond the badge starring Nat Karim.
The film takes us into the murky world of discrimination inside the ranks of the police service. A young police probationer is subjected to continued abuse from the hands of his colleagues and senior officers. Each day is a struggle and young cop is faced with tough and dangerous decisions as he ponders his future.
Our Actors
Many of our members are have screen and stage credits and are also spotlight members, some have agent while others are actively seeking representation.
